Return Policy

In addition to the conditions specifically provided for in the preceding paragraph, the customer should also pay attention to whether the product he intends to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and whether, for that reason, he benefited from any offer product. That being the case, the customer must return not only the product in question but also the offer that was attributed to him with his purchase. Both products must comply with the previously mentioned guidelines.
It is only possible to return a pack in its entirety. If the customer wants to return a product that belongs to a pack, he must return all products that make up the same pack. All products must comply with the guidelines mentioned above.

The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and / or label, or products with evidence of having been used, will not be accepted. FitBen therefore reserves the right to assess the condition of the product packaging, deciding on the possibility of returning or not the respective articles if it is concluded that the packaging of the same is not intact.
The refusal to receive or non-delivery, for reasons not attributable to FitBen or the carrier, will result in the loss of the right to refund the price paid by them as well as the costs inherent to the purchase of this product segment, namely the costs related to postage. shipping and / or shipping package cost.
Warnings: The lack of any element that prevents the product from being put back in stock for sale, namely the respective instruction manual in the original condition of supply, implies its immediate classification as an incomplete product and, as such, the consequent non-acceptance of the devolution.
Each of the items to be returned must therefore be shipped under the conditions listed above, the label of the freight forwarder must be affixed to the original shipping box, or in another alternative that guarantees the good preservation of the product, the one being destroyed after confirmation of the condition conservation of the returned product(s).
If any of the conditions listed above is not met, the customer will lose the right to be refunded, in which case he will have 10 days to collect the item(s) in question at the facilities indicated above, bearing the costs of the respective collection.
The collection must be carried out by a freight forwarder hired by the customer since it is not possible to collect the order in person by individuals, even if it is the customer himself.
If any item is not received under the conditions mentioned above or with the freight forwarder's label attached directly to the package, the customer will lose the right to be refunded and will have 10 days to collect the item(s) at the facilities indicated above, supporting the collection costs.
The customer must return the item(s), request a refund and make a new purchase. The entire return process is duly described in the item Returns to which it refers for the purpose of determining the conditions applicable to the acceptance of the products to be exchanged.
Refund Methods
FitBen will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly, however, safeguarding, however, a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order returned in the warehouse indicated above.
If payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made on the card itself and will appear on the next statement.
If payment has been made by PayPal, the refund will be credited to the respective PayPal account, and will be available immediately.
If payment has been made by Cash on Debit or Multibanco, the customer will be asked to provide the details of the bank account to which they want the refund amount to be transferred.
The customer can also choose to be refunded through a discount coupon, regardless of the original payment method. The coupon will be valid for 12 months from the date of creation. After this period, there will be no refund.
Return Costs
If FitBen is notified and confirming that an error has occurred in the product(s) shipped or a shipment of a defective product(s), FitBen will bear the costs of return upon collection, at the delivery address, the product(s) concerned.
