1- Protein Crepes - 240gr Chocolate SELF Omninutrition


They are rich in fiber and protein, the package contains 24 crepes and you just have to add water to get these perfect gluten-free and lactose-free crepes.

 

How to use (for 4 crepes):

Mix 40 g (apx. 1½ measure) with 150 ml of water.

Beat until obtaining a smooth mixture.

Place 50 g of the mixture in a non-stick frying pan.

Cook 1 minute on each side.

 

And voilá, a delicious crepe ready to be devoured!

 

 

2 - Crepe with Whey Protein

 

You only need egg whites and protein to make this suggestion.

 

Ingredients


2/3 thirds of the scoop of whey

3 egg whites

Preparation:


Blend the ingredients in the blender.

Preheat a non-stick skillet and brush a little coconut oil.

Pour 1/3 of the dough into the frying pan and leave it for about 2 minutes or until the edges come off the frying pan and turn the dough with the help of a spatula, let it brown and it's ready!

 

Tip: fill with fruit to your liking.

 

3 - Coconut and peanut butter crepes (4 crepes)


You know those days when you have the time and mood to cook and you feel like something more elaborate but healthy at the same time?

An example of this recipe is as follows:

 

Ingredients


30 g vanilla flavored whey protein

40 g oat flakes

2 teaspoons flaxseeds

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

120 g of coconut yogurt

1/2 banana

4 egg whites

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 spoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

1 banana or berries for garnish

 

Preparation:


In a blender, combine the protein, oatmeal, flaxseed, vanilla, yogurt, banana, egg whites, cinnamon and melted coconut oil.

Grind everything until you get a homogeneous mass.

Place 1/3 of the dough in a non-stick skillet.

Leave for 2 minutes and turn.

Roll the crepes and spread the outside with peanut butter.

Sprinkle with the grated coconut, add the slices of banana or red fruits.

 

Ready!

 

4 - Spinach crepes


Healthy food lovers are easily attracted to green food. Green is to their food, as air is to our lungs (ahah). So these crepes rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber will not go out under your eye if you are part of this group of people.

 

Ingredients


120 ml of coconut milk

40 g unflavored whey

120 g of ground oats

2 handfuls of fresh spinach 

1 whole egg

1 clear

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation


Blend all the ingredients until they look like a smoothie.

Use a non-stick frying pan, pouring the liquid (if possible without using any type of fat).
