Don't wait for the motivation to show


“Tomorrow I start”, “next week I start”, “next month I start”, “when the new year begins, I begin”, how many of these phrases have already come out of your mouth? Many, right? And how many became reality? Few!!!!

Delaying only makes you make a habit of it and the truth is, whatever workout you do, when you finish it, the feeling is always the same “I got it” and that's more than enough reason to come back.

 

Define the training type


What are the reasons that lead you to train and goals, are the first questions you should ask, because many times the reasons may not be enough to make you want to take a “jump” after work.

Choose for the pleasure of training, whether through the type of modalities and exercises, through individual or group classes, or through the instructor.

The right choice of training venues


Setting strategic locations to train is an excellent bet!

Choosing a gym that is located on the home-work-work-home route is ideal. If not, find one that is close to work or home. At the same time, selecting one or 2 parks for an outdoor workout, a run or a simple walk are options to be (very) considered!

In fact, the beauty of autumn is very similar to spring, but often we do not appreciate it properly, either because of the routine or even the nostalgia for summer.

Stay true to your plans


Human beings need their time to create a habit. There are those who argue that it is 21 days, there are those who consider it more and some who consider it less. So, you know your body better than anyone else and don't forget that the power of the mind is the most important!

With this, it is also important to mention that, when you run away from the rhythm and stop training for a few days, it can be the beginning of the end, so here's a mega tip: on a calendar, make a cross whenever you train. After a while you will feel proud and you will see that you cannot break the power of the crosses and you will keep yourself encouraged to continue to tame victories.
